Many people will also be familiar with when you have a to do list, and then evaluate these events in a quadrant. The horizontal axis is the importance of the matter, and the vertical axis is the urgency. In theory, the most important and urgent things should be done first, and the other quadrants, such as important but not urgent, or urgent but not important, should be done according to your own judgment. Of course, the kind that is neither urgent nor important, probably not done.


Theory belongs to theory, I think it is really important to understand and understand. But like many other good things: I don't know, or I can't do it, what should I do?


Let me talk about my own practice. It is not necessarily the best practice, but at least it can ensure that what I want to do can be done. First of all, the first thing you do at work every morning is to pull up a long list. This is to ensure that you can at least think of everything you want to do. The second step is to draw out what must be done today. The third step is to do things that must be done today. Everyone has different personalities, and the methods and focus are not necessarily the same. I spent half an hour first to do the simplest things, such as calling someone, sending a few emails out and arranging the arrangements first. After that, give yourself a period of concentrated time to complete the more difficult things. Every time you finish one, cross out one. Seeing line by line items are crossed out, that is also a sense of accomplishment!


No matter how self-discipline or not completely unself-discipline is used, as long as you do it and persist in doing it, then you will be able to see the final achievement. I firmly believe that any achievement is slowly built on the to do list every day. . Although everyone has different ways or circumstances, some people may have walked this road for 1 year, while others have walked for 3 years, or even 5 years, but as long as you do, you will definitely be there!
