Collect writing topics with post-it notes

I don’t know what to write for a few days when I’m writing. There are always some thoughts in my mind that interfere with my thinking: What topic should I write today? Seems there is nothing left to write? Why can’t I remember when I read so many books before? What should I do with today’s update, or write a perfunctory article that is not nutritious, etc. These ideas will pop up every day, making me less and less confident in writing.

I worry about finding topics every day, and there is still "content" in my mind. Why can't I write it out at a critical moment? With such doubts, I finally thought of a way to write the writing topic that popped up in my mind on a post-it note so that I would not forget it.

After I received the post-it notes, I kept two books in the office so that I could think about the topics I could write after get off work after work, so that I didn't have to forget about the topics I wanted to write in the evening.

I wrote down the written materials, topics, photos, etc., and took this note paper home when I was off work, tearing it off and pasting it on my bookshelf, so that I would look up every time As you can see, I will bring the post-it notes back to the office the next day. As a forgetful person, you can only think of such a stupid way, because it doesn't take much of your brain.

The collection of topics is of course not only limited to my office, but also colleagues in the office. In the process of chatting with them, they can absorb other people's examples as their own subjects. In addition, I would go for a walk every day during my lunch break to see the busy traffic outside, people walking on the road, the scenery on both sides of the road, and take some photos that I like. These can be used as my writing materials.

Maybe I will develop a habit of bringing post-it notes in the future, because now I have fallen in love with writing, but I often don’t have anything to write because I can’t find the topic of writing. Putting the sticky notes on my body will make it easy for me to suddenly have any inspiration in the future. I can record it with a short sentence and stick it on the wall of my room when I go home, or on the door, on the shelf, etc.

This is the method used to record knowledge points when I was in school, and it was quite useful. Although it costs paper, it works! I will also use this method in writing in the future, and there must be no more embarrassing scenes where there is no topic to write.

As for why not to choose a mobile phone, it is because the sticky notes can be posted on the wall, on the door frame, anyway, everywhere. When I look up, I see the first page, and every page is displayed in front of my eyes. There is no need to turn pages, which is convenient and easy. The mobile phone is different. You have to click into it when you look at it. If there are too many records, you have to turn page by page. It will be more troublesome to find.
