Use notepad to make a schedule

The number of electronic screens in daily life is increasing, which facilitates study, work and entertainment, and greatly improves production efficiency. As a matter of course, many daily reminder applications based on electronic screens have been born. When I first entered university, I would use my mobile phone to write down the tasks to be completed every morning, mark the order, finish one, unlock the phone and delete one, but this is too troublesome after all. So I started to try various schedule management apps, such as Listant, which is also very useful, but in the end I gave up. 

Now back to the most primitive way: use to-do-list notepad to write down the task list and paste it on the table. Use a pen to mark it out every time you finish one, and enjoy the pleasure of crossing out the task. I find that doing this is a little more efficient every day.

Our lives are unlikely to be completely paperless in a short time, but the amount of paper used is gradually decreasing. So how should I take advantage of the paper-based notepad as a reminder of the schedule? Combine my own thoughts over the past few days and look at it slowly from the beginning.

First of all, notepad can help you remember some things that need to be completed, and play an effective reminder function. So as to successfully liberate the brain from the "skill" thing of remembering the schedule, leaving more space for other meaningful things.

How to use notepad to make schedule? There are two core tasks: there is something to remember, and what it is. As for things that need help to be remembered, they are often not very important in nature, but forgetting may cause trouble.

Therefore, the benefits of paper are at least the following: 

1. Lightweight models are more convenient to carry.  

2. You can add or delete items on paper at any time, without considering the network environment and mobile phone power, and the degree of flexibility is higher.  

3. The physical check-in commemorative of certain places during travel can be directly recorded in the account.  

4. Don't worry about losing this precious memory because of the scrapped mobile phone or the stolen account.

If it is troublesome to make your own schedule, you can choose to buy a notepad with a fixed template. The advantages of fixed templates are that they are more worry-free, fully functional, and less burdensome for two pages a week. They can't write anything except the schedule. They are suitable for people with a regular life, especially a strong sense of time. The disadvantage is that the degree of freedom is low, which is not suitable for students who are particularly whimsical or do not need to accurately grasp the time point.
